Repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings or require a deposit before scheduling future appointments.
If Emmy Nails implements a cancellation fee, no-show fee, or deposit policy, the applicable amount will be disclosed at the time of booking or before payment.
Service prices listed on our website are provided for general reference and may vary depending on nail length, design complexity, product selection, add-ons, removal, repairs, technician recommendation, or customer request.
Final pricing will be confirmed before or during your service. By proceeding with the service, you agree to pay the final confirmed amount.
We reserve the right to update service descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability at any time.
Some appointments, group bookings, long services, custom designs, or high-demand times may require a deposit.
Deposits may be applied toward the final service total. Deposit refundability depends on the cancellation and rescheduling policy disclosed at the time of booking.
